My name is Juggy Sidhu and I am a leading body transformation coach, fitness model and physique competitor. I specialise in creating life changing results with my clients, through radically altering body composition, improved health profiles, lifestyle and confidence.

Every day I am motivated by witnessing the progression of each and every one of my clients. From the small day to day achievements of eating the right meals, training with the correct form and intensity all the way to a full body transformation. Each step counts in the overall journey and observing these changes in clients inspire me!

My background is somewhat different to other personal trainers and online coaches. My personal journey into learning about nutrition began when my father was diagnosed with diabetes when I was 13. I read countless articles and researced the effects of diet on health which gave me the urge to learn more and help others. Training has been in my DNA since I was 14 years old, starting with a few dumbells at home before progressing into gyms to advance my own physique.

My passion to learn took me to University, where I studied Performance Nutrition and graduated with honours. I was lucky enough to learn from some leading lecturers in the field of nutrition and work alongside members of sports teams to aid in the application of my expanding knowledge base.

The world of nutrition and training is constantly evolving, with so many different opinions, it can be a minefield trying to piece together a plan that will work for you. Luckily, I have done a crazy amount of research, have over 10 years experience of working with clients and continue to develop my understanding of nutrition and training principles through a huge variety of courses every day.

I have seen success on stage with various 1st place finishes as a Men's Physique athlete whilst competing in the United Kingdom Drug Free Bodybuilding Association as well as the United Kingdom Bodybuilding Federation since 2013. As ever I will be looking to continue my progress my physique with the same principles, motivation and endeavour that I work with my clients.

The consultation will discuss cover your lifestyle, work, nutritional habits/ preferences, health and most importantly how we can work together on creating an effective programme for you. The more I know about you, the more effective your plan will be!

You will be provided with a plan which will include specific exercises for you to complete in each session, rep ranges, sets, tempos, rest times and key points to consider with each exercise!

Supplementation is so much more than just which protein is best for recovery! Every individual has so many variables, whether it your ability to digest certain foods, recover from heavy sessions or even get a good night’s sleep.

I will provide you with a protocol that will enhance your nutritional intake and allow you to perform optimally for your goals!

Personal Members Area

You will have access to a private members area allowing us to closely monitor your progress with each check in.

An automated service will ensure you never miss the all-important check in! Your members area will provide a graphical representation of your progress and the facility to easily check your progress through pictures and body composition measurements!

A check in gives us the opportunity to assess how well the programme is working for you. This will not only mean we can review your progress, but also address any obstacles you face and motivate you to succeed in your goal! It is important to maintain momentum with progress, therefore we will change your nutrition, supplementation and training protocols where necessary in line with your goals.

We will schedule in a weekly Skype or phone call depending on your preference. This does not mean you are limited to weekly contact, you will have the means to message any questions at any point during the week, whether it be video guidance on an exercise or you would like to know my food pro tips! All questions will be answered within 24 hours.
